The food is remarkably good. Except for the mint leaves that are regularly used in almost all dishes, I must say I love Vietnamese food. What I enjoyed more was the street food despite repeated pleas by everyone Not to (dirty n all).

HCMC, Vietnam - Crossing The Roads

Crossing the roads in Ho Chi Minh City is one of the scariest adventures in my life. I was told by a cab driver, "There are 3 golden rules about crossing the roads in this country. One, always move forward. Two, stop when you cant move forward. Three, and this is the one that saves your life, NEVER step backwards." Uh, ok!
